Our work system includes:

• Lined with pillars with round “sandwich” panel whenever possible.

• Sealing of the joints of the panels with neutral silicone: It does not age or yellow.

• Solid base concave sanitary profiles, preventing dirt from accumulating inside and making them more resistant, as well as avoiding thermal bridges in the fixing of the ceilings.

• Elimination of thermal bridges in the junctions between corner panels and wall-ceiling, injecting with insulating foam and capping them.

• Realization of vapor barriers for insulating and waterproofing floors avoiding humidity, soil breakage and temperature losses.

CUBIERTAS / COVERS

Asbestos fiber cement cover disassembly; preparation and presentation of the deamiating plan; micro surface encapsulation; fiber cement stripping, asbestos measurements (environmental and personal); macro encapsulation and limited area storage; waste transportation and management; issuance of fully finished waste management documentation, in accordance with current legal regulations.

Cover with AP-PIR CT, panel specially designed for the creation of covers; Thanks to its tongue and groove longitudinal joint system, any leakage problem on the roof is totally eliminated. In addition, the polyisocyanurate acts as an insulator, preventing moisture and condensation. Due to its low weight, its great resistance and its ease of assembly, the Aisporoyec roof panel is ideal for any structure, even the lightest.

AP-PIR F panel cover, special treatment with watertight and waterproof finish; For each particular case, a careful study of the weather and environmental conditions in which the installation is to be carried out, both internal and external, is carried out.

PARAMENTO / HANGING

Facades and Enclosure with AP-PIR panel, micro-profiled or smooth finish (wide color range), installed horizontally or vertically; panel thickness from 35 mm to 200 mm; depending on the environmental characteristics to which it is foreseen to work inside the installation (freezing; conservation…); pre-lacquered sheet metal with primer on the non-visible side to ensure adherence to the sheet with the polyisocyanurate foam; and primer on the exterior face plus modified polyester paint. For the enclosure of industrial buildings, warehouses …, three key concepts have been combined: functionality, aesthetics and of course, quality. The panels have an advanced system of tortillery hidden by flashing that allows creating uniform facades with the joints fully camouflaged and combining different panel colors.

Floor insulation made up of a high-density plate specifies floor insulation for freezing surfaces and its corresponding vapor barrier, made up of emulsion, asphalt cloth and polyethylene film.

For these works we have polyurethane foam (PUR) insulating core panels but we also have the most modern technology with polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulating core panels with which the same insulation is achieved but greater resistance to fire (B, S1, D0).
